MAHLF is designed to provide pre-development, acquisition and gap financing to individuals and organizations that create, rehabilitate or otherwise preserve both rental and for-sale housing for families below the median income level.
FP Down Payment Assistance Program
Down payment assistance available to first time homebuyers with income at or below 80% of Area Median Income. Assistance up to 5% of the contract purchase price or $20,000, whichever is less, is available to buyers using FirstBank for their primary mortgage.
