Telluride Foundation Equity Share Down Payment Assistance
Up to 20% of purchase price in down payment assistance. Income limit up to 150% AMI. Borrower must work full-time in the Telluride Service Area (San Miguel, Ouray, west Montrose, Rico) for 12+ months. Max home price $850,000. Primary residence only. Loan repaid upon sale or refi, with shared appreciation unless repaid in 36 months. Homebuyer education required.

Colorado Roots Down Payment Assistance Program

Down payment assistance available to first-time homebuyers purchasing a primary residence in eligible Colorado communities with a committed Proposition 123 Local Government Affordable Housing filing. Borrowers may receive assistance of up to 10% of the home purchase price, not to exceed $50,000, which can be used for down payment, closing costs, and prepaid items.
